From where to order the food

If your event is open to public (any student/staff/faculty from the camus and/or community members from off-campus can attend it) and food is going to be served, there are a few options for where to order the food:

  • HSU Catering has long served the campus events as well as off-campus clients. It offers a full service, from setup to cleanup, including, extensive and flexible menu for all occasions, green dining, friendly staff, and convenient payment options.

  • Are you ordering food from off-campus? Below you will find a list of pre-approved food vendors from whom you can pick up food or who can deliver and serve food on campus. Because these vendors have been pre-approved, you can pay for your order with your ProCard.

  • Not seeing your favorite restaurant? You can still order food from a food vendor not listed above. To ensure that the policies are followed, fill out a Requisition for your order, which will prompt our Procurement staff to obtain the necessary documents from the vendor. See the Vendors section for more information.

What to do with your leftover food

Our Oh SNAP! Student Food Programs’ representatives will be happy to pick up some foods that can be distributed among HSU students in need. Download the “HSU Oh SNAP!” (link works only on smartphones and ipads) application on your smartphone and let the Oh SNAP! folks know where they can pick up food. Currently Oh SNAP! is available to pick up food during business hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. If your event is outside of those hours and you would like to donate your leftovers contact Ravin Craig (, (707) 826-5228) at least 1 week prior to your event.
